1. About CampussBiz

CampussBiz is an online shop and student marketplace for university students in Ghana. The shop sells products supplied by CampussBiz and by approved vendors. The marketplace lets students list products, services and jobs for other students.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Verifying a student email gives your account the Verified Student badge; it is not a guarantee about how a person will behave.

3. Buying from the shop

Prices are in Ghana cedis (GHS). Payment by Mobile Money or card is processed by Paystack,. An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.

Delivery is available to campuses and hostels in Accra. Delivery fees and times are shown at checkout.

4. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving an item. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

5. The marketplace

Marketplace deals are between students. CampussBiz does not own the items or services listed and is not a party to those deals, but may remove listings and suspend accounts that break these terms or the Vendor Rules. Meet in safe public places and inspect items before you pay.

6. Vendors

Vendors must be approved by CampussBiz and must follow the CampussBiz Vendor Rules. CampussBiz takes a commission on shop sales, and the rest is paid to the vendor automatically. CampussBiz may suspend a vendor who breaks the rules.

7. What you must not do

Do not post illegal, stolen, counterfeit or prohibited items, scam or harass others, or misuse the platform or other people's accounts.

8. Your personal information

We collect only what we need to run CampussBiz: your name, contact details, delivery addresses, orders and, for vendors, the details and optional ID document given in an application. ID documents are stored privately and seen only by CampussBiz administrators reviewing the application. We share what is needed with payment, delivery, SMS and email providers to do their job, and we do not sell your data.

9. Liability

We work to keep CampussBiz running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, CampussBiz is not liable for losses from marketplace deals between users.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Where a change matters, we will tell you before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Questions? Contact CampussBiz support through the Help center.
